Mountaintop Services, Inc. was founded by Milton Hathaway in 1993 as a full service telecommunications tower site acquisition and management company. The organization is a leader in the rapidly growing field of telecommunication property management.

The organization has sites throughout New England, supporting Cellular, PCS, Paging, Two-Way Radio, Microwave and Security communications.

What We Look for in a Site:

The most cost effective way to place antennas is to mount them on existing structures. Although we do market raw land as potential sites to build Telecommunications Towers, we are currently looking for existing vertical real estate, such as:

• Towers
• Water Towers
• Rooftops
• Commercial Chimneys that are no longer in use
• Billboards
• Silos

Sites that are located along the highway system are preferred.
